Our year end Gala Dinner is promising to be an exceptional dinner not to be missed as Tanzini is pulling out all the stops in terms of the food, the wines, the ambience and the entertainment to make the Event an outstanding surprise.

Chef Johnny and his team are relentlessly eager to expand their knowledge on various cuisines, techniques and ingredients. Drawing from Chef Johnny’s experience and role as a lecturer, Chef Johnny often finds himself inadvertently mentoring and guiding his team technically and conceptually through their menus even as he delves further into the history and heritage of food cultures around the world.

The dinner menu and wine pairing is deliciously playing with our palates and needs to be tried and not only read. When the amazing team tells us just HOW the food is made, you will be gobsmacked!
