Chaine Kuala Lumpur was proud to host 50 guests at the BEST WESTERN PREMIER Dua Sentral for a night of culinary delight at Grill 582. The evening brought together culinary aficionados who share in the “spirit” of appreciating fine wines, dining and great company.
Award Winning, Chef Jaffrey Othman created a contrasting menu where each dish reflected a twist, different from the norm. Each dish was skilfully paired with a particular brand of wine to enhance the dining experience further.
The gastronomic journey was concluded with fine Cuban cigars presented to guests by a Cuban master cigar roller at the swanky Grand Trinidad Cigar Divan.
Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is an international gastronomic society founded in Paris in 1950 with written history of the guild of “Goose Roasters” tracing back to the year 1248. The Chaîne is based on the traditions and practices of the old French royal guild of goose roasters. Later on it took the name “Rôtisseurs” (roasters) which gradually expanded to the roasting of all poultry, meat and game. The objective of the Chaîne is to promote and develop gastronomic values and the culinary art while at the same time widening its focus to table art.
