Kuala Lumpur Christmas party of the year is here with Chaine Kuala Lumpur Baillage on Friday 7 December 2012 at 7.30 pm at Best Western Premier Dua Sentral.
The theme this year is Christmas on the Wild Side and we are promising a wild dinner! The menu incorporates wild trout, game and wild berries… amongst other delicious treats for this Christmas. Obviously paired with superb wines and a few other wild drinks!

About the Chef
JAFFERY OTHMAN
Executive Chef
Malaysian born Chef Jaffery Bin Othman embarked upon his career at the young age of 20, started as 1st Chef in Carcosa Seri Negara, Kuala Lumpur.
In 1992, he left for England to venture into greener pasture and had the opportunity to studied with world-renowned chefs Marco Pierre White and Raymond Blanc. He was also given the chance to cook for Queen Elizabeth, Kylie Minogue, Tony Blair and the football team of Manchester United!
In 2003, he returned to Malaysia to work and during his stint with Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel in 2008, he was nominated for best western cuisine by hospitality Asia Platinum Award 2007 and nominated for most outstanding cuisine by Malaysian International Gourmet Festival 2008.
In his new role as Executive Chef for BEST WESTERN PREMIER Dua Sentral, he will be in charge of the overall operation and administration of the culinary team of five Food and Beverage outlets as well as the banquet kitchen to ensure food productions and quality improvement to provide the hotel’s valued guests a satisfying dining experience!
